What Does Soreness In The Chest Indicate?

I have had soreness across my chest for a few days, like I have done push ups or coughed continuously (but I haven t). Not really any other symptoms. No shortness of breath, no, dizziness, no pressure, no fatigue, just chest soreness like I benched pressed. So I went to the nurse practitioner. I am 57 years old, 102 pounds, 120/68 blood pressure, good history and blood work so we did an EKG. What does slight left precordial repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload and small negative T in V4 V5 V6 mean?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

I have evaluated your query thoroughly you can take Azithromycin twice a day for five days. Take anti-cold tab twice a day for five days. Do hot water gargle twice a day for five days. Mix turmeric powder and honey and take it. Don't eat commercial products, don't eat spicy food, don't have soft drink, cold water, ice cream, chocolate, and pastries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
