sir, had this analysis today normal cells - 20% Abnormal cells 80%Tapered head -15%largered oval head -10%small oval head 10% mid- piece defect 20%bent taill -15%Amorphons head 10%Sperm cells concertraion is 97.5x10 6cells/mltotal sperm cells count is 292.5x10 6 cells3ml

Thanks for your query.
Based on your query and reports am of the following opinion.
1. Sperm count and volume is normal.
2. Sperm morphology is abnormal 80 percent of are abnormal.
3. Normally at least 40 percent should have normal morphology. In your case only 20% are Normal forms.
4. Abnormal forms are not healthy sperms and fail to fertilize ova.
