What Does Sperm 'liquification Time-more Than 1 Hr And Agglutination++' Suggest?

My gyno sent my husband for a sperm analysis. We had our last one done in 2005 and everything was normal then. please help. Also I have PCOS and have been taking clomid and Gonal F Injections. My husband's results were:
volume: 6.0 ML
Color: Gray
PH: Alkaline
Viscosity: S.Viscid
Liquification Time: More than one hour
Sperm COunt: 65 Mil/ml
Total Sperm count: 390 Million
Motility after one hour: 65%
Motility after 2 hours: 60%
Motility after 3 hours: 50%
Fast progressive motility: 45%
Slow Progressive motility: 15%
Non Progressive: 5%
Immotile: 35%
Total Abnormal forms: 20%
Head defects: 10%
Mid Piece defects: 5%
Tail defects: 5%
Agglutination: Present ++
RBC: 0-1 /HPF
Spermatogenic Cells: 1-2 /HPF
Round Cells: 4-6 /HPF
Pus Cells: 2-3 /HPF
Now all looks in the correct range except three things. The viscosity , the Liquefication time and there is agglutination present. So please elaborate on these points if there are any advises how to improve these.

It means the sperms will have difficulty in moving from vagina to uterus after sex Liquifaction helps to let the sperms swim and move to cervix after sex . The reasons could be antisperm antibodies or infection in the semen These can be checked and treated
