Hello and welcome to HCM,

Motility and morphology of sperms are very important parameters which are assessed in semen analysis.
The motility of sperms is graded as A- fast progressive motility B- slow progressive motility and C- no motility according to latest WHO criteria.

After 1 hour of liquefaction, the sperms with fast progressive motility should be atleast 32% and fast and slow progressive motility should be atleast 40%.

Atleast 50% of sperms should have normal morphology without any defect - head, neck, middle piece or tail defects.

Kindly, compare these normal parameters with your test reports.

Thanks and take care
