What Does Spot On Thyroid Indicate?

I can talk for hours, but as soon as I start singing my throat really hurts and it then hurts all through my mouth. I have had this problem for years, but the doctors couldn't find anything wrong. I went for a thermogram last week and it showed a spot on the thyroid. Can you help?

HI,if I were your treating doctor I would first test the thyroid function.TSh,free T3 and free T4 are the necessary tests.Than i will perform a thyroid ultrasound to see the thyroid structure.If the thyroid is functionaly and structurally normal than i will suggest to see a otorhinolaryngiologist.Hope i have anwered to your question.If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
