What Does Spots Around Urethra With White Discharge Imply?

I have several raw spots around my urethra and I noticed a little white residue. Me and my fiance had, had sex about 2 days ago and had used a toy that vibrates on my clitoris. Afterward I was in a lot of pain and I had a really bad burning/sharp pain in that area. I don't know if the toy could've caused it but it hurts very much in that area now. Especially when it is touched. What could be a cause of this?
