What Does Spotting After Missing Birth Control Pill Indicate?

i recently missed 1 birth control pill and a week later started spotting and still had 1 whole week left of pills before starting my period.continued with my pills and also the next pack its been almost 2 weeks of spotting and light bleeding should i worry
