Hello sir as i have the problem of pcod, doctor prescribed me femilon for 4months for regular periods.the fourth month got over last week and i got the periods and after a week again i had bleeding for 3 days and again this week i found some spottings .will there be any problem with my health?
Hello dear. I am your physician and I know whats going on inside your body. PCOD treatment takes time to take you to normal menstrual periods. How does your pill work? It gushes the blood towards female genitals and ovaries so as to aid in normal cycles and also blood flow towards brain is increases. Hormonal changes takes place and egg formation and ovulation takes place in a periodic manner. It takes some months to come to the normal pace. Your spotting in between the periods is normal as far as your case is concerned. Keep calm and wait and stick to the treatment regimen as prescribed. I am sure things will settle down soon
