What Does Spotting,nipple Tenderness And Cramping Signify?
Hey I bled the first week of dec. thought it was a miscarraige, but never went to the doctor, now im spotting again and ive missed my period for two weeks now and my nipples feel like they are going to fall off and im cramping to the point its making me sick. im scared to head to the er, i dont know if this is my peroid or implantation bleeding??

Since you have missed your period for 2 weeks, please take a home pregnancy test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. The cramping and spotting could be either pregnancy-related or premenstrual. In any case, you can take Tylenol to ease the pain.
