Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
This is a typical history wherein there is clear discharge from urethra throughout irrespective of whether the penis is flaccid or erected.
This occurs in
urethritis and/or
prostatitis.
It is good that STDs are normal. I would advise you the following in such a situation:
1 Gm of
Zithromax and a shot of Rocephin are the medications of choice and should have worked well. But it takes time for the inflammation of the urethra and prostate to settle hence you can go for the following:
Wait and watch as you have already been give proper medications.
Get the blood tests.
Get urine tests for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Per-
rectal examination for urethra and prostate by
Urologist and clinical evaluation can help to get a proper diagnosis.
If required, urethrocystoscopy.
Further antibiotic cover as per the reports of urine culture and sensitivity.
Treatment of prostatitis as per the findings.
All this will lead to a recovery and may take time. So no anxiety as STD panel was normal.
