What Does Stiff Shoulders With Back Pain Suggest?

i have pain and stiffness on shoulders( both), on neck backside, numbness on left hand, pain on back at the middle lower part and its parallel on both side. if, i stand or walk for even for half an hour, i feel too much pain on lower back at the middle and its parallel both side. further i feel pain on my left foot , which starts from my left back and goes towards calf along index finger of foot.what is the problem ? what is remeady?
