What Does Stomach Ache Along With Dizziness Indicate?

I have bad stomach pain w/o eating but when i eat and drink its ten times worse plus the food comes back up im mouth fulls for the next hour till its out of my stomach same w liquids doctors tried testing , they dont know i had a gtube i threw that up to, so they took it out, i have gastritis, coloitis esphogitus, pepcide ulcer disease, i just need help, i get dizzy and lightheaded with movement now got POTS. But everything is getting worse. Just need some ideas?

may be seviour gastritis it may be oesophageal reflux. consult gastroenterologist for examination and advise on treatment. should take bland dieat avoid fatty food and fast food. take antacid like omiprazol and polycrol gel. take tab unienzyme.should get relief.
