What Does Stomach Cramp With Mood Swings And Backache Indicate?

Hi, am really stressed as I just did ICSI on 2nd Dec, 2 days ago did pregnancy test but was negative. I waited 48hrs and did another this morning but also negative.

I have stomach cramps,hot flushes,mood swings,lower backache,feeling dizzy,headaches and excessive thirst. But no breast tenderness. What could be the issue and what would you advice?
