What Does Stomach Upset While On Aspirin Indicate?

I take 325 mg aspirin daily for afib. Recently , this week, my stomach is very upset off and on, usually early in morning. Now it is acting up this evening. Trying to take an overthe counteranacid but can only take 2 in 24 hours. Do I need to see the NP or my heart doctor. Hoping I don t have to switch back to blood thinner.
