Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Girl is suffering from giardiasis. It is protozoal infection of the intestine.
It is suggested by pus cells, giardia lambli cysts etc in stool.Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells, giardia lambli cysts in stool.
She is receiving right drugs. She will completely recover in 2-3 days.
You should give her plenty of water,ORS etc.
Gradually semisolid food can be given to her.
She should be served clean and previously boiled water.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
