What Does Streaky And Patchy Opocities And The Impression Is Minimal Ptb Undetermined Activity Indicate?

i have spot in lung 14 yrs ago,i take a medication for 6 month and after that i made an x-ray and the result is clear... resently i had a chest x-ray and finding is streaky nad patchy opocities and the impression is mininal ptb undetermine activity what is that mean?
