What Does Sub Septate Uterus Mean?

Im 21 years old. I have been married for a year. I've not pregnant yet. Today afternoon i went to a gyn check. I was really shocked with the result. Doctor told me that i have subseptate uterus. What is sub septate uterus? She gave me some pills to cure that? Is it advisable to take pills to cure that? Pls help me. Im really in depression.
