What Does Sudden Pain In Chest Radiating To Arm And Hand Suggest?

My fiancé was sitting on the couch and suddenly, without warning, felt a shooting pain that originated in her chest and down her left arm to her hand. Then, 30 minutes later, the same thing occurred again. She is 49 years old, in good health, has low blood pressure. Her blood pressure when taken was 122/76. Is this something to worry about?

Such a pain can be from cardiac ischemia and need evaluation.
Is she having any other disorders like diabetes,hypercholesterolemia?
Kindly see your doctor for evaluation.An ECG and lipid profile may be needed .
