What Does Sudden, Sharp Pain In Stomach With Tender Stomach Indicate?
Hi there, I woke up at 3am this morning with severe pains in my stomach & right hand side both sharp & dull pains now the pain is where my belly button is & below & my stomach is tender to touch and the pain worsens if I cough r sneeze I have takin pin killers all days & hot water bottle but it s not helping

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Intestinal infection may be likely cause, this could be due to inflammatory condition of colon, in my opinion this can be on tentative basis with the medicine give bellow, if symptoms persist then this need to be clinically examined and investigated
1) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
