What Does Sudden Weight Gain Along With Swollen Hands And Legs Indicate?

Hi, my daughter is 27 yrs of age. She has had multiple tests done. No heart tests. All come back within normal ranges. These are her symptoms: sudden weight gain especially in stomach area, Thighs are hot to touch, swollen hands, legs, and feet, fatigue, what seems like hot flashes, sleep apnea. She is going to see a nurse practitioner tomorrow. She has seen an ob gyn, to no avail.
