What Does Suspicious Infiltrates On The Right Upper Lung Superimposed On The Bone Mean?
hi,got the result of my x-ray,these are the findings-CHEST PA shows suspicious infiltrates on the right upper lung superimposed on the bone.Heart is not enlarged.Diaphragm and sinuses are unremarkable.REMARKS:Suggest apico lordotic view to better evaluate the right upper lung.May i ask if what these findings means?Thank you very much!
HI Thank for asking to HCM The radiologist found something but that is actually behind the bone and not possible to see the image so suggested to get the x-ray image from different angle, to see the lesion properly, the last x-ray taken from front side keeping the x-ray tube perpendicular to chest, now the tube will be placed in lower angle to the chest to avoid the bone image, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
