What Does Suspicious Opacities In The Lung Lobe Mean?

Hello what is SUSPICIOUS OPACITIES,RIGHT UPPER LOBE. Thats the impression from my XRAY yesterday. I'am so worried and feel so down when i see the result. My last x-ray is JULY 4,2013 and the result is both lung are clear thats why i feel so shock today. Thanks

According to the history in such cases we recommend a chest CT with i/v contrast for evaluating better the chest finding.
