What Does Suspicious Opacity In Right Apex Mean In X Ray Result?

good day! just want to know whats the meaning of suspicious opacity is seen in the right apex. and suggest apicolordotic for furthure evaluation. this is the first time i encounter that result in my xray. just worried if it is serious, sounds funny for those who are known for this but its better to be truth that i dont have knowledge for it, even if i search, still i cant understand on my own. hope you understand. thanks so much!

Hello,

Your findings may suggests suspicious density in right apical region,it may be due to infection etc.
You are rightly suggested for apico-lordotic view of chest X-ray.It is a special view for apical region.Apical region is covered by bony ribs and clavicle.
Normal chest X-ray (PA view)may miss the findings so you may need special view.This will help in better evaluation.

Your findings also need clinical correlation.
