What Does Swelling And Inflammation On The Fingers Indicate?

My 8 year old grandson is having problems with the base of his fingers swelling and turning red and then he has difficulty breathing. It is either both or just one hand affected. He was at Sam s Club today when it happened. He has been treated for allergies and it only showed allergies to Timothy Grass and Hickory and Walnut trees. But he was in Sam s when this happened today. We gave him 25mg. of Benadryl and washed his hands with soap and water. This has happened twice to him in the last month.

Take serratiopeptadise and paracetamol 2 times a day.
Don't give so much pressure.
