What Does Swelling Between The Scrotum And Anus Indicate?

Hello, I am a forty-five year old white male of whom has swelling in between scrotum and anus. I am inquiring if this is simply hemorrhoid or is symptoms of colon or prostrate problems. Moreover, my gland in groin area are very sensitive. thanks for any help
