What Does Swelling In The Abdomen Indicate?

I have been diagnosed with hydrosalpinx and a 2 cm cyst on my ovary as well. My abdomen swells a lot like I m about to give birth and even gets hard. I also have a mildly enlarged spleen. I ve had pain in my abdomen ranging in intensity since the Ultrasound to confirm the hydrosalpinx. But the swelling concerns me. Could it be related to hydrosalpinx? I m a bigger woman already but I would say my Stomach swells 3x it s normal size and gets hard as well. I m getting the surgery as soon as my insurance approves it. But at this moment I m not under any treatment. When my Stomach swells I get more pain in my abdomen and really nauseous as well as I vomit about half of the time this happens. Please help.
