What Does Swelling In The Clitoris Indicate?

I have noticed a day ago that my left side of my clitoris is red, swollen, has a small knot, and dark spot from where it looks an insect bit it. My clitoris is swelling more and my whole vagina is in pain. I have been taking antibiotics and Benadryl. Is this a bad concern? What should I do to stop it from hurting and get it to go away?

Hi,

You have to consult the doctor and let him/her examine and then treatment plan should be done accordingly. This can be cyst or infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
