What Does Swelling In The Eyes Indicate?

I was visiting in Mexico and woke up with a lump on forehead thought it was a cyst or pimple but had no head the next day eye starting swelling thought I had a sty but could not see one now my eye is itching and sore all around it. Eyes watering. This started a few days ago. Thought it would get better by itself. Any clue?

Hi,welcome to HCM.

Your symptoms could be due to Allergy/infection.
Since you are mentioning both the swelling on your forehead and the soreness as well,I would suggest you to visit your primary care doctor/Ophthamologist to rule out viral infection which may require prescription medications.I wouldn't wait as you may have acquired it during travel and could be contagious too.Please consult a local doctor at the earliest.
