What Does Swelling In The Groin Area Indicate?

I just went on a week long meth binge. I use it intravenously. My groin area started getting swollen after about 4 days and had a hard time urinating. Now I’ve stopped for the last 2 days but I’m still swollen and it’s almost impossible to urinate. I feel like I have to pee so bad but can only get out a couple drops. What could this be? And should I go see a dr.?
