active 42 year old male never had any major health issues and in good shape - height/weight ratio recently feel a minor swelling in lower left side of abdomen, feels like it could be a strained lower ab muscle (perhaps from exercise), but curious if it is of concern. Not painful but feels slightly swollen to the touch in the oblique, lower abdomen area. No signs of irregular bowel movements, discomfort, constipation, or pain
