What Does Swelling On The Eyelids Indicate?

I went toi an eye doc yesterday and was given a steroid solution to put on my eyelids and underneath my eyes. The lids are swollen (somewhat) and red and rough. But I also have a slight rash on my neck at the shoulder level. I have taken citalopram for years (low dosage), could I develop an allergic reaction after years of successfully taking the drug?

steroid should have avoided or else it will create dependency tapering has to be done or else it will create dependency andand muscing of symptoms rash canbe bacterial fungal or allergic lesions. if posible dermatologist can be asked to examine therashes for diagnosis and advise on diagnosis. once itis finalised requeired treatment can be recomandedit is a psychological medicine consult clinical psychologist for counseling abruptly diseases should not be changed it can create withdrawal symptoms. for any change of dose psychiatrist should be consulted
