What Does Swelling On The Penis Indicate?

I had sex with my girlfriend last night, when I woke up and went to the bathroom, I noticed one side of my penis was swollen and purple and one side of my testicles was purple also, I urinate normal, no real pain but I noticed it swelled up more during the day, I have since ben icing the area, what should I do

Hello,

You should consult a venereologist and that swelling I think due to venous congestion which gives purple color and if you have pain start over the counter painkillers.
