Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Feeling that it is viral fever, you would have given only paracetamol.
In viral fevers there are so many fevers like flu, chikangunya, dengu etc. In addition the fever could be of typhoid, malaria, eosinophelia, throat infection, and urinary tract infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to run blood tests of both the children.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, and paracetamol till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
