What Does Tenderness In The Right Foot And Breasts Indicate?
Hi I have a question , my right foot has been getting tender on the top of arch when I am wearing sandals. And yesterday my breasts started the same thing very tender, like I was not wearing a bra and it was rubbing against my shirt. Not my nipples the skin.

Tenderness in the foot and breast are unrelated.
It might be due to tight dressing.
As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain.
Take adequate rest and drink plenty of water.
If pain persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
