What Does Test Result For RRMS Indicate?

Hi - I have RRMS. My latest results indicate the following, which I do not understand. Can you tell me what this means?

Cortical gray matter measures 30.69% of intracranial volume,

previously 31.93%. Hippocampal volume measures 7.21 cc, previously

7.08 cc. Lateral ventricular volume measures 23.55 cc, previously

22.49 cc.

In the supratentorium, subcortical and deep white matter lesions in

the bilateral frontal and right parietal lobes are unchanged. No new

lesion is identified.
