What Does Testicular Pain With Back Pain Lasting For Long Duration Mean?

I have been experiencing right testicle pain for several months now. It came and went at first, so I didn't make an appointment with my doctor. For the last week or so, the pain (really more like extreme sensitivity) has gotten worse, with lower right back pain. The testicle does not appear swollen, and there are no lumps that I can find; however, it is uncomfortable during ejaculation, but not right before or right after.

HI. It is wonderful for me to know that you have not met a Doctor so far. You need to see an Urologist and for for ultrasonography and color doppler studies ASAP to confirm the exact cause of pain. Occasionally this can be a referred pain from other organs like prostate which can be diagnosed only on clinical examination and tests.
