Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the CT scan of head is as follows:
There is enlargement of ventricular system of the brain.
Ventricles are enlarged and filled with larger amounts of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
Enlarged ventricles can occur due to increased production of CSF or inability to drain the CSF.
Presence of lacunar infarcts and iscaemic changes suggest obstruction of blood vessels supplying the brain tissue.
Hypertension, ischaemic heart disease are few conditions associated with walking.
Kindly, consult your cardiologist for clinical assessment
Thanks and take care.
