The CT scan suggest that there a mass lesion in gall bladder fossa probably arising from the gall bladder.
There wall of the gall bladder are irregular which goes in favour of the same.
Your previous scan shows a calculus in GB.
There is a rare chance that Gall bladder could cause carcinoma and hence proper evaluation of the mass is needed along with the histopathological work up of the mass.
You need to consult your self to a gastrointestinal surgeon who will most probably advise to for gall bladder removal surgery and will decide further action depending upon the nature of the mass lesion.
