Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bartholin gland cyst is formed by obstruction of Bartholin duct and accumulation of secretions within the cyst.
Bartholin gland cyst is painful and its treatment consists of a course of antibiotics and deroofing of the cyst by incision drainage.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
