What Does The CT Scan With Bulky Uterus Indicate?

I've recently had a CT scan we stated 'slightly bulky uterus. Calcific abnormality right adnexa'. No other abnormalities were found in lung, liver, spleen gallbladder etc'. In plain English what does that mean? Should I see a gynocologist to investigate further?
