What Does The ECG Report Indicate?

Hello Keerthi, We have go through the EEG tests for our child. Conclusion is : EEG severely abnormal and the findings suggest, are consistent with modified hyprarrythermia.Baby is having myoclonic jerks. Baby does not have trunk and neck hold. He is having problem with Vision and Listening. Please suggest us.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
I think myoclonic activities and neck or head movement cause ECG changes.
This is possible due to constant movement of body parts. So leads placed on chest are also moving and cause ECG changes.
But better to rule out these by 2D Echo.
So get done 2D echo.
Another possibility is having congenital syndrome in your child. As myoclonic movements, difficulty in vision and hearing etc can be a part of syndrome.
So better to consult pediatric cardiologist and discuss all these.
