What Does The ECG Result Which Shows Sinus Bradycardia With RBB Mean?
Hello, My mother is 65years old with no Bp and no diabetics, her weight has increased from 76 to 79 during last two months. she is overweight according to her height. she is active but experiences severe shortness of breath only after taking few steps. her ecg result has shown Sinus bradycardio with RBBB. and something else also is mentioned as No RCH/LCH.
kindly enlighten me regarding the gravity of the situation and what treatment is needed.thank u very much.
RBBB is very common normal finding of ECG. But if it is associted with sinus bradycardia you must show your ECG to a cardiologist because it may be early sign of complete heart block which may require pacemaker. Other disease to be checked is hypothyroidism.
