Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The cytological findings of few pus cells, squamous epithelial cells, epithelial cells, gram positive bacilli and absence of clue cells indicates a normal vaginal flora.
Growth of physiological flora of the skin and absence of pathogenic flora further supports the fact there is no infection in the vaginal tract.
The bacteria seen are the normal residents of the vaginal tract.
Thus, there is nothing to worry.

Thanks and take care
