What Does The MPV Report Of A 31-year-old Male Indicate?

Hi, We got a routine check up done for my husband aged 31 yesterday (June 2016). His MPV is 6.7, Vitamin D is 12ng/ml, his C-Reactive Protein is 3.4 mg/L and LDL is 138. His total serum protein is 8.1. All else is normal. He had a minor surgery to get his Pterygium fixed in Feb 2016 (could that be the reason for his MPV being on the lower side?) Should his report be a cause for concern? Do you advice further tests or consultation? He will be meeting a doctor next week but I m too worried to wait so long. Someone please tell me I need not worry. Thanks!
