What Does The MRI Regarding Lumbar Spine Indicate?

"l4-l5-posterior-bulging

MRI Lumbar spine, L4/5 and L5/S1 disc are dessicated. At L4/5, there is a disc bulge with mild facet joint hyperthropy, moderate narrowing of lateral recesses and mild and mild narrowing of neural foramina. At L5/S1, there is a disc bulge with moderate facet joint hyperthropy, and moderate narrowing of lateral recesses, Moderate to severe narrowing of the left foramen. I am unable to lift and bend my left leg, raise my left arm and step on my left leg for 7 months. I have ttried oral medication and epidural injection but no improvement. My doctor told me, from my MRI, it's not serious, but I feel, it's getting worse. What do you suggest?
