What Does The MRI Report Analysis?

Sure. Got an MRI last week. There are some significant changes I'm not familiar with, and don't know what these changes mean. L1-3. Chronic degenerative disc space with narrowing with associated endplate irregularities. Mild posterior disc bulging. Slightly increased facet hypertrophy canal is mildly stenotic.the right neural foramena is moderately to markedly stenotic. There is more, but let's start with this level.
