Hello there,
Based on your MRI reports there is a chance of chronic pain. A scoliosis means an abnormal lateral spine bend. It is managed well enough with physiotherapy and back/neck exercises. Your c5-c6 level of spine is where your nerve for your arm and forearm emerge. From time to time you may get tingling, numbness, flushing of skin, pins and needles type sensations along your arm. This too can be managed with neck strengthening exercises. The symptoms even though irritating are not serious enough to significantly alter your life. If after 1 year of physiotherapy you feel you have not improved then we can discuss alternates like nerve blocks or surgery.

Do not worry. Just stick to the physiotherapy regime .
Please feel free to address any further queries to me. i will be happy to help you.
