my mri report is loss of normal lumbar and cervical lordosis, early degeneative spondylotic changes, focal sclerosis seen involving D7 vertebral body-likely bone island my age is 37 Doctor expected coccydynia, what does my report say, i have problem in sitting and straight lying

I really appreciate your concern, early degenerative spinal disease may be very likely over clinical sign and symptoms are matter of concern, else this is surgical condition, better to have opinion from spine surgeon, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
