What Does The MRI Report With Hyper Intense Lesions Indicate?

I'm looking at my M.R.I findings I'm curios how bad is my M.S three hyper intense lesions withing the corpus callosum the largest is at the junction of the body and rostrum measuring 4x3 mm there are at least three pericallosal lesions the largest is in the left posterior parietal region measuring 9x6mm and does have a perivenular distribution there are at least for other subcortical and deep white matter areas of hyperintensity measuring up to 2mm right frontal lobe. there are no posterior fossa or cerebellar lesions.
