Radiologist, Interventional 's  Response
Gliosis is the way the brain heals after being damaged. Its like forming a "scar" within the brain tissue.
The report describes gliosis in multiple areas of the brain. This indicates the brain was subject to damage by, for example, inflammation, and it healed with this gliosis.

The mentioned impression is not informative about the disease prcoess or the reason of this brain damage.

Reaching the certain diagnosis requires proper medical & surigcal history if applicable, clinical examination, as well as comparison with all the previous radiological examinations.

Hope that could answer your question.
